Rise & Grind with Dee — 6:00 AM Start your day on purpose. This high-energy, full-body class blends strength, conditioning, and core work to wake up your muscles, fire up your metabolism, and set the tone for a winning day. Dee keeps it focused and motivating with clean technique, smart progressions, and just the right push.

What to expect: 

 •    Dynamic warm-up to get you loose and ready    

•    Strength circuits (dumbbells & bodyweight)    

•    Athletic conditioning finishers for that sweat-check    

•    Core & mobility cooldown so you leave feeling sharp

Tighten, tone, and define. This strength-focused class uses controlled tempo, time-under-tension, and high-rep sets to sculpt lean muscle without the bulk. Dee’s cues dial in your form so every rep hits exactly where it should.

    •    Activation warm-up to wake glutes, core, and shoulders

    •    Dumbbell & band supersets (upper/lower splits)

    •    Isolation “burnout” rounds for arms, abs, and glutes

    •    Mobility + stretch finish so you leave lengthened, not stiff
